For those who knows me well enough, will know that I crack easily under pressure - been having diarrhoa, mind blocks and quite highly strung the past few days. Hopefully I've not offended any of my friends here... =) But if I do, S-O-R-R-Y!
Finally, I'm done with exams for the week, especially my business law, even though it really isn't quite well done; contemplating dropping it, because it's not a core module of my course, and we're allowed to drop latest by 15 Oct. Frankly speaking, the module is very interesting; I learnt a lot, but I'm finding it a bit tough to comprehend the notes due to an inadequate level of english proficiency on my side, furthermore it's quite a demanding course which I personally don't have an affinity for. (Siewlian, dun gloat!) Ah well, we'll see how it goes, wonder why is there always such a module in my courses: Chinese literature in sec school, Economics in JC, Accounting last year. (Hmm... Come to think of it, I didn't fail C lit, got A for econs, and highest in accounting among my 5 modules.... HAHAHAHA~)
Though exams are quite screwed, it's quite fun to study together in the lounge - equipped with Yee Lin's kettle, packets of milo and horlick from Singapore and sharing my comforter with Lik Yin in the cold cold room, laughing at our personal joke, setting 'punishments' for people who start to chit chat within the next 1 hour (alright, I lost...) and ambushing Bernard with the eraser when he doze off... Guess these would be the fond memories I'd be taking away with me when I leave next year.... *sigh*
Eh eh eh, my friends in Warwick and Singapore, don't be jealous ok! HAHAHAHAHA~ Siewlian's birthday just past, guess I should have some form of recognition on my blog hor... HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY TO SIEWLIAN!!! Aiyah, people got to watch Lion King (the theatre works) and eat Haagen Daz... =P
My Warwick friends just went to Birmingham for dim sum lunch yesterday, waah... Saw the photos on the Singsoc website, seems like everyone's having a lot of fun!!! Daphne also managed to get back to Warwick after being stuck in Pensacola for so long due to Hurricane Ivan. Anyway heard that school just started over there, and they're going to have their winter break earlier than me!!!! *sobz* (Xiuli misses her Europe lifestyle!!!)
Chongchoon's been having his holiday break as well, hope he's enjoying himself, hate to say this... but the week's coming to an end! *oops* Thank you YZ, for the encouragement the past week =) Thanks to all those who's been refraining to talk to me 'cos of my exams even though they've missed me so! WAHAHAHAHAHAH~
Anyway, there's still another exam next Tuesday, but I'm not too worried about it, as in, there is a higher degree of positive correlation between the time taken to study and the results produced as compared to the past couple of papers. Gambatte! (to me and all those who needs it!)
By the way, last Saturday we had a Singapore Students Association's Mid-Autumn festival celebration, where the freshmen (including me, though I'm in my 'junior' year) put up a play of Hou Yi and Chang 'e. Haha, Zhixiu acted as Hou Yi (he was really quite good) and I acted as Chang 'e. (Alright, call me Fei2 'e instead) Had quite a bit of fun, honestly thought the play/response was quite good even though we only practiced the skit twice. We ate mooncake (with yolk!!!) and they had "bai2 guo3 fu3 zhu4" as dessert. Far cry from the one that my mum always makes... *sob* *sob* Having a photo of my mama on my photo frame now.... Ah well... K lah k lah, better stop... Lalalalala....
