As the title speaks for itself, saw the lunar eclipse tonight. Though the sky wasn't breathtaking, it was exuding beauty in its own quiet way - the moon was half covered and orangey, stars dimmed beside it, but yet visible upon closer scrutiny. To look at such a piece of sky, in a cold October night, cladded only in slippers and shorts, knowing you're surrounded by cornfields, and talking about my favourite hangout in Singapore - the viewing tower behind Jurong Bird Park, thinking of the times there, the rain, the view... And talking about how the most romantic places in Singapore are actually in Tekong and army camps (heez), very new experience... Interesting =)
Received Jingyi's letter today; came as a surprise... Sadly, the pendant enclosed is broken while making its way here. Yet, probably that's the best way to remind me of the support I have back in Singapore =) Thank you Jingyi~
Alright, better get some sleep, class at 830 in the morning. Going to fix my SSN card misprint in the afternoon. Long day tomorrow! Miss my friends in Singapore... Nitez...
